1. Introduction

Revnant LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or interact with us, including when you opt in to receive SMS or text message communications.

This policy applies to information collected through our website and digital channels. Please read it carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Personal and contact information you provide

When you fill out a form on our website, request information about our services, book an appointment, or opt in to our communications, we collect the following personal information and contact details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, including a mobile number if you opt in to SMS communications

We collect this information only when you choose to give it to us.

2.2 Consent records

When you opt in to receive email or SMS communications from us, we also keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, and method by which you gave it, and which types of communications you agreed to receive.

2.3 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location (city or region), the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This information is collected through cookies and analytics tools, as described in Section 5, and is used in aggregate to understand how our website is used.

2.4 Anonymous browsing

You may visit our website without providing any personal information. We do not require you to fill out a form simply to browse our site.

3. How we use your information

We only use your information to contact you in accordance with what you have consented to receive. Depending on the choices you make when you give us your information, we use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and send you information about the services you requested more information on
  • Book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments
  • Send you marketing and promotional content, but only if you have opted in to receive it
  • Honor your communication preferences, including unsubscribe and opt-out requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

If you have not opted in to marketing and promotional content, we will not send it to you. We use the aggregate, automatically collected information described in Section 2.3 only to understand and improve how our website performs.

3.1 Email communications

The email address you provide is used to send you information about the services you asked about and your appointments. If you opted in to marketing, we may also send you promotional emails. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

4. SMS and text message program

4.1 How you opt in

You opt in to our SMS program by entering your mobile phone number on a form on our website and checking the consent box that describes the text messages you agree to receive. The consent box is never checked for you in advance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.2 Messages you may receive

Depending on what you consented to, you may receive text messages about:

  • The services you requested more information on
  • Booking, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Marketing and promotional offers, only if you separately opted in to receive them

4.3 Message frequency and rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.4 Opting out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at justin.jacobs@revnantdigital.com.

4.5 TCPA compliance

Revnant LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Revnant LLC at the number provided, for the purposes you agreed to. You may revoke consent at any time as described above. For the full terms of our SMS program, please see our Terms & Conditions.

5. Cookies, tracking technologies, and analytics

5.1 Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your web browser, if you allow it, so the site can recognize your browser and remember certain information. Our website and the forms, scheduling, and chat tools on it may use cookies to:

  • Make forms and appointment booking work correctly

We use, or may use, Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your general location. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5.3 Your cookie choices

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you turn cookies off, some features of our site, such as forms or appointment booking, may not work properly.

5.4 We never sell your data

We never sell the personal information or data we collect, including data collected through cookies and analytics.

6. How we protect your information

We store the personal information you provide in HighLevel (also known as Go High Level), a customer relationship management platform that uses industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections, to protect stored data. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you and provide our services.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it from our systems, subject only to the limited exceptions described in Section 9.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the limited situations below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted providers that help us operate our business, such as HighLevel for storing contact information and sending emails and text messages, and Google for website analytics. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Revnant LLC or others.

7.1 Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it.

When you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it, except that we may keep a minimal record, such as your phone number or email address and your opt-out or consent history, where that record is needed to make sure we honor your opt-out and to comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications regulations.

10. Third-party links

At our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have their own separate and independent privacy policies.
